This year a number of celebrity artists are showing their support for Music Education by joining the inaugural class of Kids Music Day Ambassadors including: Julie Andrews, Jack Black, Ann & Nancy Wilson of Heart, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Michael Feinstein, Richie Sambora, Sarah McLachlan, Vanessa Williams, Victor Wooten, Todd Rundgren, Philip Lawrence, Bernie Williams, Damien Escobar, Mandy Harvey and others!
Kid’s Music Day Events will be held globally between October 1st and October 12th, and a special Open House Music Festival will be held at Savannah Musicians Institute on the last afternoon of the event that will include Student Performers, Instrument Discovery Opportunities, Kid’s Music Games and Contests, and a Kid’s Music Sing-a-long for kids of all ages!
Savannah Musicians Institute is a small local Music Education Studio that teaches both private one-on-one Music Lessons as well as small group classes in Piano, Guitar, Woodwinds, and Voice. We have been teaching Public, Private and Home-Schooled students, Adults and Seniors in the Savannah and Surrounding Areas for almost 10 years with a focus on student music learning and fostering a love of music at all levels.
This event is free and open to the public. Our doors will be open from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. for anyone to drop in as they like and join the fun! .

of including Music in Children’s Education,
a cause that is near and dear to our hearts.
